I called the Extra Space Storage location where my 10x15 unit is, but they were unavailable at the time. I ended up speaking to a "Ms. Holly" from another location. I received "Excellent Customer Service", not only did Ms. Holly answer all my questions, she was able to get me moved to another unit (same size), and at a better rate ????????

Manager Holly is just wonderful. Came in to buy some boxes and she got me all the right sizes. Will definitely recommend to other people. Renting from here is the best experience I’ve ever had compared to my last few storages .
