Space was always nice and clean, doors to interior were usually broken or hard to get into, app was very flakey, and since Extra space bought from the original owners, price has gone up 6 times (from $95 -$245 per month). Finally moved and will probably will never rent from extra space again. Tons more options with better rates.

The manager on summercrest in Burleson it's super nice.. I called the 800 number when I got my storage I was told that the price was $88 a month after 4 months of paying is I receive a letter saying my rate was going up over 170 I called to find out why and she told me because the 88 dollars was only for 4 months but I was never told that upfront. She was able to get it down to 151 but with me being on disability it was impossible for me to keep paying that after a couple of months of paying this I was forced into taking all of my stuff out of storage and selling it because I had nowhere for it to go and I was unable to afford that much with me being on disability.. also the first 3 months of having my store room the door was broke and would not stay up by itself so I was unable to even go there unless I had somebody with me to be able to hold the door up it isn't very good business when a customer calls to get prices and is quoted $88 a month just to turn around 4 months later and double that amount.
