Recently the rate on my unit was significantly increased and she helped assist me with getting this reduced. She listened and truly cared about my status by reaching out to upper management to explain my current situation and help alleviate the costs for me. I am truly appreciative on how friendly, eager, and willing she was to help me after just meeting me! Not to mention the quick turnaround time for a decision to be given! I am so thankful and grateful for her support!
