Thank you Luis! Over the course of my beautiful long life I have had more than my fair share of storage rentals with all of them out there. Hands down the Extra Space storage location at 5701 E Northwest Freeway is a top tier location. I have been there for a few years now so I am on the property fairly often (especially holidays for items and summer). Great location, property is always clean and the best part for me is the customer service. Professional and appropriately personable. I have interacted with a couple of the employees. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Luis. I called regarding a moving dilemma and trying to schedule and transfer at the last minute was stressing me out. Luis gave me my options and helped me find a better unit for my needs. Beyond helpful!! Thank you Luis for great / commendable and patient customer service - all at the last minute. Just another reason I will always choose Extra Space Storage.
