We had such a wonderful experience with Extra Space Storage, and especially with Leina! She was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout our entire move. Since we were moving across the country, there were so many moving pieces and things that could have been stressful, but Leina made everything so much easier. She was always available whenever we needed something, incredibly responsive, and went above and beyond to help us with anything that came up. It was such a relief knowing we had someone we could rely on while we were in the middle of a cross-country move. I had an incredibly smooth experience renting a storage unit at this location. I was able to move my stuff in the same day that I reserved the unit, there is plenty of loading space, and they offer dollies to lug everything through the facility. The facility itself was very clean and well kept. Lastly, Leina the manager was very kind and eager to help. She answered all of my questions promptly and with a great attitude.
