Nemi's cheefulness and professionalism made my day and made my experience delightful! She cared that I was content and happy with the exact unit rented.Dustin was excellent. My Extra Space Storage has been immaculately clean and I have been a storage customer there since 2013.

Update: We have resolved these problems to our mutual satisfaction. I would now recommend Extra Space Storage at this location. NOT RECOMMENDED. Read full review -- these people are useless. Quick, friendly, clean unit. Good start Owner: "Your positive experience is our top priority. ". Update: Went by the evening. Door 5 code not working. Digital app. not working either. Wasted 20 minutes messing with both. Called what they claim is their "support" number. No support at all. Waste a lot of time in a hopeless IVR. These people are useless. Going in to the office tomorrow for a refund.

Through the website, I was able to rent a unit on a weekend after hours, and be storing in my unit minutes later. All contracts were online, I was provided the gate code and unit number, and when I arrived, there was a lock provided in the unit itself (purchased with first rental payment). Couldn't get any easier!

Be super careful, the rates are variable. Mine conveniently went up $100 / month after I moved all my things and was already traveling for work. I had no choice but to pay until I got back. Otherwise, nice front desk and main building facilities feel safe.
