Worst experience ever! We reserved a unit online, including purchasing a lock. When we arrived and opened the unit a homeless person was living in the unit and the lock was no where to be found. Determined that the side gate to the facility was open and anyone had access. Call site manager 3 times no answer or call back. Called customer service 3 times, was hung up on once and repeatedly told site manager would call back in 15 minutes. The next day, finally reach someone at the facility who advised the site manager was out of office. The person I spoke with was a traveling agent and was helpful by providing a refund.

Horrible experience rats ate most of all of my things important paper work my real estate books everything i have like maybe a pair of my sons shoe that might be okay some of the units are attacked by rats so I opened claim and was able to get that through but now they are saying I cant get my stuff cause of my storage bill that I feel I should not have to pay cause of the damage s I cant believed they still want me to pay that so I have contacted cooperate i just want to get some papers that wasn't damaged its crazy and they sale these units update :: I already called and asked multiple times to get the fee waved more charges was added by Chad instead of it being 39 its 59 now and im guessing its going up by the week while my items are damaged just called again and they hung up the phone.
