I had a Wonderful experience and amazing service with Miss Alice. She was very pleasant and kind and thoroughly explained everything. I may have her name wrong and if I do she works at the Desoto location on Tues/Thurs. Her primary store location is in Duncanville. Very sweet lady. ??

One of the Best Storage facilities in the area i have been to many places but this is by far the Very Best!!! Megan She is Truly the Value to the property her great smile and personality is just right for any customer. I have had no issues the property is always clean and quiet. Professional Service from staff . I would highly recommend this Storage facility.
