I had a bad time with Public Storage, but Extra Space Storage was way better. The people were nice, the place was clean, and I felt like my stuff was safe. If you need a place to store your stuff, I recommend Extra Space Storage.

The process to rent was easy. The lady I spoke to on the phone and Michael, the area team lead on-site, were awesome. I am glad I chose the HWY 67 Duncanville location. When I arrived, Michael was was personable, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He made sure I knew exactly where my storage was. The storage room was clean, unlike the orange place I have rented from. I recommend this location due mainly to Michael's customer service and the cleanliness of the front desk area and my unit.
