I’ve been storing my belongings here since before it became Extra Space Storage. Recently, there was a change in management, and our rent was increased with no options offered to lower the rate, despite being long-time customers. We went in today and discovered this issue had occurred. If we hadn’t gone in ourselves, no one would have informed us about it. There were no reassurances provided regarding the situation, nor was there any discussion about possible rent adjustments. This is extremely concerning and disappointing for long-term customers like us.
