Update One big difference between this storage facility and others that I've used is the cleanliness, customer service, and access to my stuff. Way better! Jacob is the manager at the Vickery location. He was friendly and helpful in resolving a recent issue. Thanks, Jacob!

Recently had issue with cylinder lock on my storage unit. Erik took extra time to help me diagnose the lock. When it appeared the lock was not able to be fixed with wd-40. He was allowed me to borrow a lock until I could find a replacement. Appreciate the extra time and attention he proved me as a customer. This is a great location with a very clean building. Highly recommend if you need a storage facility. Please take a look at this Extra Space location
