After a minor bait and switch experience at Public Storage (oh, you can upgrade to climate control for $19 a month) and over the phone support based overseas with strong accent, I called Extra Space. I got US based support, quick over the phone service that walked me right up to the email needed to confirm contract which then led to a app based "open the gate" remote. Easy. They had a 4.9 when I booked a storage unit. They earned it.
