first, let me say that the people here have always been great, attentive, nice and basically are doing what they are told to do by their management. The location is fine as well. I wish they would fix the pothole that is by the kiosk where you punch in your code. That said, here is the part that is most important. They're going to raise your rate, sooner than later. Here is the part that really doesnt make sense. They went to raise my unit rent from $169 to $228, a 35% increase. I called and told them, you have a unit 6 doors down from mine, same size for $119. I would have been fine still paying the $169. They offered to charge me $200 instead. So I told them I would rent the other unit 6 doors down and move my stuff over there. It will take me about an hour to do that, not a huge deal. But the fact that I have to move my stuff 6 doors down for a lower price is absolutely ridiculous. They told me its because they are 90% full, but other locations arent full, so the other locations can charge less. They would rather I pay $119 a month instead of paying $169 a month as I have been! Tell me how that makes financial sense for a company? Update 1. They posted a reply to contact them, i did so, nothing changed. Be careful.
