They were great. They worked with me on price and time. Ultimately, I was just unable to continue at the time. As things change, I will not hesitate to use this Extra Space facility again. The staff were awesome, which is a reflexion on their manager. Thank you.

I've been using Extra Space Storage for a few years now, and I've had the best experience there. The staff is great, Gus helped me out today with my lock. Gus was very helpful and friendly and gave me a few different options to fix my problem. Needless to say, I'll be continuing to stay at Extra Space Storage.
