Talk about an outstanding experience! I use the outdoor parking area in the back at Extra Space Storage in Grapevine, TX to store my commercial equipment, and the entire process has been seamless from day one. Gus is one of the best managers I’ve dealt with anywhere. He’s professional, fast, easy-going, and genuinely helpful. He made everything quick and simple, making sure I had exactly what I needed. What really stands out is how well this location is run. The property is clean, organized, secure, and very well maintained. It gives me total confidence knowing my truck and equipment are being kept in a safe and professionally managed facility. You can tell Gus cares about the customers and takes pride in running a top-tier operation.
