We’d had a challenging few days packing and loading up our in-laws, as they’re downsizing, and my wife and I were mentally and physically drained by the time we pulled into the branch by the Sam’s Club. The Manager who helped us, Gus, was super accommodating and resourceful, and made us feel very welcome. We really appreciated that!
