Thank you, We had a wonderful experience today at Extra Space Storage on Eldridge. The young lady " the manager" was Very Pleasant and a had a wonderful sense of humor. We saw an Online price But when we arrived, we changed it for a GREAT PRICE and the unit we really wanted. Before we knew it and a few jokes and comments, we had a lock, keys, and a contract in hand. The lady was very helpful with accommodating me when I came later than the time to put my things in the storage place. She opened the gate for me and gave me the keys for my storage unit. Excellent customer service!
