Looking through the reviews and I wasn’t the only one to have a theft happen at this location. I hope they get more cameras to discourage thieves from doing what they do here. Also my rent rate went up double in price but I gave them a call and they were able to adjust the rate, not back to original rate but they will try to accommodate.

I moved from cube smart to Extra Storage and truly love them. The pricing and the customer service is better than I could have expected for an Ac controlled environment. They are clean and what i like most is they pick up the phone. It is not a robot.
