Today I need to check my storage unit near the Vintage Park area. Made a call to the office, Sheri answered with polite responses and was very informative. She confirmed the office hours for weekday/weekend, price for lock cutting (free), and price of a replacement lock. She provided all the information I needed. Once I made it to the office, she was kind to the customer before and even welcomed me when I walked in. She helped confirm my identity (showed license), confirmed some account stuff, then helped with cutting my locks. Which, lock cutting, includes safety gear and a massive saw… The whole experience was 5 stars, all my questions were answered and I found out about other items (termination policy, etc). All in 15 ish minutes (that includes the call). Sheri was an excellent employee and face of my experience. Thanks for all the help Sheri! I really appreciate your assistance with my lock cut/replacement.
