This is my second time renting at this location. I appreciate how clean the space is and how all the units are climate controlled. And most importantly Danyelle the store manager is EXCELLENT. Went above and beyond to get my family the right space and is very accommodating. Dealing with her is such a pleasure and she went out of her way to help us.

I’ve just rented the storage unit today. I did everything online and I had the best experience. It’s all clean and neat inside. Also, the manager was helpful throughout the moving process.

I have never received exceptional customer service at a storage rental place UNTIL I rented a unit at extra space storage on Gemini. The facilities are very clean. I’ve always dealt with Russell; he is knowledgeable, patient and has an overall pleasant demeanor. I have had nothing but a positive experience. Life can be crazy enough so I appreciate every pleasant experience or interaction I have with someone since that is not always the case.
