Imma give this space 2 out of 5. I had my stuff in an outside unit. I went to grab something quickly from the unit only to discover that some rodent had went on a rampage. Droppings and anything plastic destroyed! I rented through this company before but the unit was in doors so i didn’t expect this. Albert was helpful upon the discovery and he helped me clean out what I could at time. I would suggest if you rent here to get the insurance!

This review pertains mostly to the AWESOME customer service Tay displays at this location. Shes informative, helpful, and prompt. She constantly tries to get you updated with the status and/ or changes with your account. She tries to be as helpful and courteous as possible. While still provided factual information. I appreciate all her hard work and positive customer communucation over the phone and in- person. I wanted others to know that one on one customer service is still available with some businesses. Which she DEFINITELY DISPLAYS every time we interact. THANK YOU!!
