I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage that exceeded my expectations when it comes to customer service. Alicia, the manager, was wonderful and a joy to work with. You can tell that she cares about the people she helps. Alicia took her time answering all my questions and her customer service skills really stood out to me. The convenience of Extra Space Storage is great, but having someone like Alicia who cares about her customers makes the experience even better. I would definitely refer my friends and family to her location. She is truly an asset to Extra Space Storage!
