Ok this is an initial reaction. Just got storage unit. Did it online for discount. I moved from a 5 x 10 unit at uhaul to a 5 x 10 unit at extra space. Tell me why extra space unit bigger? Halls wider. Carts not missing wheels. Everything clean. No corner spot full of pee mattresses. The staff were super friendly when I accidentally did the wrong location lol. Got it all fixed and moved in with passcode and never had to see a person or carry a card. Their locks are awesome also. Overall I'm paying a third of the price and hopefully never turning back!
