Paloma customer service is impecable. He listens to his ccuztomers and find a solution expeditiously. Hes the best but he needs a person to help with the location… He needs a relief person. He cant do tyhis SLL by himself.

Fabulous customer service. Paloma went the extra mile! She investigated why items were in a unit with no owner. Turns out they were mine. Months ago i was told by someone else that my items were stolen so closed my account. Paloma made it all right again
