We had an excellent experience with the service provided by Frank. Within just a minute or two of making my reservation to view the storage unit, I received a call from him to see if I had any questions. When we arrived, Frank was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We saw a couple of units and once we selected one, he guided us through the entire process seamlessly, and we completed all the paperwork in under 20 minutes. Highly recommended!
