The 2 of management in the past was not honesty , charged me insurance and raised my rental 5x and when the breaking in , both of old management company didn’t refund me even I file report with law enforcement for 3x breaking in , I hope now all camera has been fix and monitors throughout the facility . Honesty is import in trust through out tenant , even we never was late in our rent and buy extra protection insurance, I hope this 3rd company taking care tenant property throughout the years from now on , I giving 4 stars to the reviews is because of , my experience in the past , I lost $5000 worth of property stolen and was never refund me back , causing a lot hassles what I went through with papers works and files with law enforcement, as of now insurance went up $16.50/1 to cover $3k only , from the past was $500 protection for $10 now my insurance prices went up to $16.50 and only $3k protection only
