Ms. Tonya is the best! I came in to rent a unit at Extra Space Storage, and she explained everything perfectly—from the pricing and unit sizes to helping me figure out how much space I would need. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and detailed, making the whole process easy to understand. She even recommended other Extra Space Storage locations in case they had a unit that better fit my needs. That level of customer service really stood out to me. The facility was also the cleanest storage facility I've ever seen. I've rented from other storage businesses before, and they weren't nearly as clean, and the customer service was nowhere near as memorable. Thank you, Ms. Tonya, for all your help!
