Jeff is the best , very professional and problem solver.

We needed to put additional items in storage, but needed to upsize from our current unit. The two gentleman on staff helped ensure that we found exactly what we needed. The best part was that we only had to move across the hallway! Awesomeness!

Jeff was very accommodating and allowed us to make a smooth transition to a smaller unit. On top of that, he checked his list and noticed that the unit we needed was directly across the hall from our old unit, making our move easy peasy.

This storage is the most convenient in the area. The facility is spacious, clean and one can easily move trailers around. It is perfect for new Bell folks looking to stage-up, before moving to DFW. There are restrooms and fountains on-site which is incredibly convenient after a long day of moving. The value and spaces available makes this place a stellar deal. Site Manager Jeff is well-informed and efficient; very professsional. He took care if us and it only took minutes. This site is quickly filling all the spots, better act fast!

When I started renting from them just a few weeks prior it was a different storage company and had signed up for the first 3 months at half price. When Jeff called me to inform me that the company was now Extra Space Storage and my current payment that was due he quoted my payment at full price. I informed him of the deal I signed up for he assured me he’s handle it. Called me back later and was able to run the payment for the correct amount. Since I’ve had a couple minor issues and everytime Jeff has been there to assist me and find a quick and pleasant solution! Now anytime I call up there I just ask for Jeff because I know he’s got my back!!! Great customer service! Awesome dude!!!
