Staff was very friendly and it was easy to rent from. I gave a 3 stars because when we first got the storage we had to wait 2 days because it was not cleaned and ready and the guy that does it was not there. Then, they went up on the rent 3 months after we moved in and 6 months later. We were never late on payments(paid early), kept the unit cleaned, and never an annoyance to anyone. There was a spider problem to the outside units. We were constantly killing big spiders. This was 365 Storage and Extra Space bought them out. That's when rent started going up.

While we are glad our team was friendly and made the initial rental process easy, we regret that other aspects of your time with us did not meet expectations. Located in a semi-indistrial area, but facility itself is nice. Service was very good. Jay was super friendly and exceptionally helpful, able to provide answers to all the questions we had. Definitely a people person and well suited to take care of customers. Signed contract yesterday for next week, looking forward to also have a flawless experience when we move our things into the storage unit.
