We have been renting from Extra Storage Space in Irving, Texas for about 4 years. The unit was perfect for us because we had moved alot of stuff from Ohio. The facility is SO clean and I always felt safe when I was there alone. The front desk customer service is awesome, from the first day we started renting until the last day just recently. The property manager Desiree is so professional and very easy to talk to. The only negative I have is using the app for the gate entry/exit. It is a great feature when it works. If I ever need storage again I will definitely return back to Extra Storage in Irving.
