I have been with this storage unit location since 2021! The Property Manager Eric is the BEST!! He is very professional and kind. Over the years he has ALWAYS been very helpful and willing to work with me on any issues or concerns I have. Great person and Manager. Rent from his location on State Hwy 161 in Irving and you won't be disappointed. He provides excellent customer service.

As someone with both managerial and banking experience, I do not say this lightly: Eric exemplifies the highest standard of leadership and professionalism. Over the years, he has consistently shown patience, emotional intelligence, composure, and genuine respect in every interaction.
