5 Stars for Nidia! If I could give her all the stars in the world I would. It’s not every day you come across someone who’s competent, patient and caring… customer service is so hard now! Give her a raise because I would have packed 8 storage units up this week and found another facility. She’s the only reason I’m not moving things out. 0 Stars for Extra Space as a company and in general any conglomerate that buys out a small business with the intent of ruining it just to deepen the pockets of their investors. Within months of purchasing the faculty, they hiked up prices an egregious amount and stopped taking care of the facility in the same capacity as previous owners. We found rat feces for the first time since we got the unit. This is the problem with cutting costs so the 1% profit and continue to not pay taxes. Again, give Nidia is a raise immediately as she found a solution in moments. For reference, Extra Space Storage's annual gross profit for 2024 was approximately $2.351 BILLION. Extra Space Storage CEO Joe Margolis earned about $13 million in total compensation, with $900k salary and $12m in other compensation. How much does Nidia make? How much more do we have to pay for rat poop? Exactly. SHAME! SHAME! SHAME! SHAME! SHAME!
