I can confirm the other reviews concerning the rodent infestation at this facility, I am constantly having to sweep out rat and mouse droppings and changing out rodent traps. The reason is due to their location adjacent to Justin Seed Company that you can see the name on the side of their building in the first photo of Extra Space storage in Justin, any type of seed or grain supply is a major attractant of rodents. They may not have as much issue with the climate storage as the outside storage as I have no experience with that. I can also confirm the constant rate hikes as I was a customer there just before Extra Space storage bought out JTX storage. I gave it two stars reluctantly because aside of the rodent issue and constant rate hikes the facility is not that old and is in pretty good shape.
