Omar was super awesome! He took the time to explain the storage unit I chose and took me to see it prior to signing the lease to ensure it met my needs. He thoroughly explained the terms of the lease and the access process. Very friendly staff that made the process so much easier.

Omar is an amazing representative for the fort hood location. The building was clean and well organized. I informed him about a last minute unit that I wanted to switch to and he assisted me with patience. Lastly, he was able to get a partial refund for the payment of my previous unit with a lower monthly fee. Omar is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He cares about the customer as well as his job. I will recommend anyone to visit and speak to him about renting a future storage unit.

I called first. Got the corporate gentleman. He was courteous. Gave a quite quote and referred me to a specific person at the local storage facility. I wanted a tour. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by EVERYONE. They even acknowledged my Yorkie! That could have sold me right then but there's more! Brittany, who is now my trusty storage sidekick, answered every question that I had. And I had a good dozen in rapid fire. She covered it all! Space size. Pricing. Insurance. Gate access. Hours of operation. Prohibited items. Answered questions regarding my father's classic car. Brittany zipped me and my parents around to tour a 7x10 and a 10x10...by golf cart, answered the questions, covered the lease agreement, payment options and had me on my way in probably less than 30 minutes. We were offered refreshments too! By the time I left, I felt like I was checking out of a 5-star hotel. The Extra Space Concierge service was top notch! ?? May I add that their prices were more pocket friendly than other controlled climate storage facilities AND the entire place was SPOTLESS!!! Try Extra Space Storage! You won't regret it!
