I’ve used the extra space in Kyle on Bunton creek for three years. Every single staff member has been polite, helpful and able to answer any questions The storage units were clean. When we needed a bigger storage unit no problem with getting a new contract. Never a billing issue. The property feels safe and secure even after dark. My recent move out was processed quickly no problems. Just a great experience which made my life a lot easier for the last three years.

Extra Space Storage is the best experience I have ever had with a storage company. Whether I talked with a staff member o site or on the phone, the service was seamless. The facilities are always spotless, well-lit, dollys available, and the extra bonus of being g able to open the gate from the app was so helpful. All of my items were safe and no bugs which can happen anywhere! I will definitely trust Extra Space Storage with my belongings again in the future.
