I wanted to truly thank Mrs Bonnie SO VERY MUCH for making a stressful situation go through with ease! Being that I’ve been out of work for the last 16 weeks recovering from surgery every penny is instrumental in paying my bills and feeding the family! Long story short I set up the rental online, when I got to the facility to unload my truck we determined the unit simply wouldn’t work. With that said I went on the app and canceled my storage. Fast forward a few months and I notice I’m still being charged for the unit, that I never used. I drove up there expecting to have to pay for the unit despite my efforts and there she was, my savior, Mrs Bonnie. She got me a refund and didn’t make me pay…. Which was the right thing to do. Mrs. Bonnie is truly a Queen among Women. Super easy to talk to, very polite and extremely non confrontational. She was truly the blessing I needed today! Southern Hospitality does exist, and it’s alive and well at Extra Space Storage, provided by Queen Bonnie! :)
