Just rented my unit today so I can’t say much for the business as a whole but so far customer service is top notch. Came in looking to rent two units last minute and Rachel was there to help me every step of the way without a single complaint even when I was still asking questions after closing time (Sorry! Thank you!). Facility also seems fairly clean and well kept. I’ll update in the future if anything changes but so far no complaints!
