Overall, my experience with the facility and staff has been very good. The property has been clean, secure, and well-managed. The only reason I’m moving out is the continual rate increases over time. My monthly rent has risen to well over double what new customers are being charged for a comparable unit. It’s difficult to justify staying when long-term customers end up paying significantly more than new ones. I hope they’ll consider a more equitable pricing approach for loyal customers.
