Great customer service experience from start to finish. The person I spoke with initially to obtain a quote was courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to explain and answer any questions. Before I took possession of the unit, I had a follow-up call from the storage location--again, courteous and helpful. When I actually checked in to get my lock and key, Christopher was amazing! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I feel very secure storing my belongings at Extra Storage Space.
