Ron was very nice , courteous And helpful, I reserved the unit online and that experience was very easy took me a total of three minutes to rent my unit when I got to the office. Ron greeted me and open the door for me. He confirmed my unit and even showed me where it’s located. I would say I will rent only from here, it’s very clean very secure.

Both times i have gone in to the office to set up storage Ron has been there and has been awesome. He's kind, clear and transparent making me not having any guess work and makes sure im 100% aware of what comes with my unit and if i have any issues or concerns. Overall i have had no issues with Extra Space Storage and feel happy with renting a unit through them
