Outstanding experience - I was a customer of Extra Space Marble Falls while I was between homes. Access was easy and convenient. My conditioned space was comfortable to work in. And MOST OF ALL, Ron, the manager assisted me in changes, questions, and weather events (July 2025 torrential rains!). I am grateful to have had a safe space for my belongings until I could get them to their final home. :)

Initially everything was great. Staff there is awesome. But fast forward 3 months and that's when the big rate increase happens. Wanted to keep my unit there but when a $130 then goes to $210, that was really a shock. Moved out immediately. Like a said before..... staff there is awesome.
