This business raised my rate by 30% after only 2 full months of renting. No disclosure of a promotional rate was ever given to me by the website or on-site management when signing this lease. Do not rent here if you are in it for the long haul or be aware of their deceptive practices up front before making a decision to move in.

5 stars! We only used Extra Space Storage on 10th and Trenton for a couple of months while we were between homes, but we had a great experience. Marivel was amazing from start to finish. She was always so nice, willing to help with anything we needed, and made sure everything was okay throughout our time there. Moving is stressful enough, so having someone who genuinely cares and makes things easy really goes a long way. The facility was great, but Marivel is what really made the experience stand out. I’d absolutely recommend this location!
