I feel like this storage facility is nothing but bait and switch and unfortunately they got me. I originally started with extra space storage about three months ago. They had an online promotion for $28 a month. The only way I could get the $28 a month is I had to pay for four months upfront then after that it would be $28 a month is what the representative told me over the phone that was the agreement so now that the four months is now Ending I wonder why I received an email today letting me know that my payment of $58 is going to come out of the original payment starting in September and when I called and asked about that the representative I spoke with a different person of course that was a promotion a limited time promotion and that now there is something called a renters fee she made it sound like I should be happy. I was not getting that renters fee for those four promotional months very bait and switch and unfortunately, I am out of the state so I’m stuck with these people. And I specifically remember when I originally started with extra storage, I asked clearly is it $28 a month until I cancel and no longer need you that representative said yes but the only way to keep the $28 a month I had to pay for four months upfront and with the fees, it came out to $162.64 that I paid for upfront and now instead of $28 like I was told it is $58
