Getting a space(covered parking spot) was made quick and easy by Gina. You can easily tell she takes pride in her work and her workplace. We stored our vehicle there for 42 or 43 days while on vacation. We paid for the added insurance. Unfortunately, when we came to pick it up, our dash lit up like a Christmas tree. Something was wrong with our electronic system ??. It was late and still drivable, so we decided to look at it in the morning. The next day, we discovered something had chewed on our wiring. The added insurance did not cover that. Our vehicle is at the dealership (holidays have them backlogged) to be repaired. So we paid for storage and insurance, and now more for repairs and a car rental. Not exactly what we had in mind. To be fair, Gina says this has never happened before. Now that it has, I'd suggest anyone storing a vehicle there be advised. *I called the # the reply to my review left, they had zero idea who left that #, and said they couldn't help. I was told it was an automated response.
