I have had a large unit here for 2.5 years. Emily in the front office is very professional and nice; HOWEVER my unit flooded a few times over the last 2 years - the last time (a couple of months ago) I lost 1/4 of what I had in the unit. I know others lost everything. They moved me to two smaller units in another building. The work was tremendous. Pictures, heirlooms, artwork were all ruined. Shortly after, Xtra Space Storage bought the biz and now my rent for each smaller unit has DOUBLED. Seriously?? I understand rate increases, but not this. I'll be looking for another spot - this is absolutely ridiculous and certainly not considering the customer or the circumstances. Money hungry, it seems.

This location was amazing! I rented the unit for about seven months and have zero complaints. The facility is easy to access, and is kept very clean. I was able to rent the perfect sized unit at a great price. Move out was just as easy as moving in. I want to thank Emily for making the process so easy! I will definitely return to this location if I have storage needs.

Emily and Michael were amazing!! I’ve been having trouble trying to store a vehicle I bought recently and they welcomed me in with open arms!! I tried getting a title transfer and after waiting two hours (gotta love the DMV) they found one little thing that hung up the transfer. Emily and Michael took my situation into account and took care of me by allowing me to store it there! God bless them and this facility, I can’t thank them enough!!
