Brand new, easy to access storage units right off of 121 in Melissa! The rental process was easy, and I received great customer service. I'm editing my review because 3 months in and I received a notice that they are doubling their price on my storage unit even though I was assured that this would not happen when I signed up for the storage unit. They also do not treat their side walk and parking lot when it snows and sleets, which makes it dangerous to go to storage during and after those types of weather events. The entrance is on the north side of the building, so the ice will take weeks to melt under certain conditions.

Was extremely easy to reserve and rent a unit online. All I had to do was go into the office to get my lock. Staff was so nice. It was very clean and I got an amazing deal on the price of the unit.
