The attendant, I believe her name was Kacey was very kind and helpful. I needed to change the size of the unit we got and really wanted a first floor unit because elevators are not my jam. She talked me through the steps to make the change, worked with me on what they had available and did it all with a professional attitude. I greatly appreciated her assistance and the new unit is perfect!
