I rarely take the time to write something up or comment on customer service but Mr. Montez deserves to be recognized on how he handled my situation. As a disabled veteran and like most people I’m on a budget and shared with him my situation. Mr. Montez took the time to listen and acted on my situation promptly. Being a business man myself I would hire him in a heartbeat. His personal skills are outstanding and he handled my situation exceptionally. Great storage facilities. I'm not a fan of using storage but these people put my mind at ease. The set up is quick and easy and the units are well secured and taken care of. Employees are actual employees and not "fast food" employees.
