Missouri City Self Storage at 6400 Highway 6

This is the best experience I have ever had with a storage facility. I was able to set up my lease on line and I was able to start my lease after hours, as everything was set up prior to my arrival. I was later able to switch between unit sizes with now wait time or hassle and at a moments notice. There are carts to assist with transporting items making drop off and pick quick and easy. The staff members are awesome and so very helpful, easily accessible and easy to communicate with!

I had a great experience with this storage unit facility. The units were clean, secure, and easy to access. Tameka and Shelby were friendly and helpful, making the whole process smooth from start to finish. I appreciated how well-lit and well-maintained the property was, which made me feel confident that my belongings were safe. The pricing was fair with no hidden fees. LOU HAS BEEN SUCH AN AMAZING PERSON TO WORK WITH! HER KINDNESS AND PATIENCE HAVE TRULY SHOWN THROUGH WHAT AN AVERAGE EMPLOYEE DISPLAYS. THE STORAGE SPACE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED. PERSONNEL IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS. TAMIKA IS THE STORE MANAGER AND SHE IS ALWAYS SO PLEASANT. IM SO GREATFUL FOR HER REMINDERS AND EASE OF COMMUNICATION. SHE IS ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP IN WHATEVER WAY SHE CAN.

I was greeted by Shelby when I first came in she welcomed me with a smile and gave great customer service. The atmosphere was friendly and she answered all of my questions and concerns I may have had. She was friendly, helpful, and explained everything in full detail. The store was also very clean and well maintained service was a a10/10 I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Needed a last minute rental space in the area and was able to get the process completed via phone in less than 20 minutes in the evening (before access closed at 10PM). I was going to be able to get the unit and at least check it the same night, but something had came up. I received a call from the manager the next day which was a brief and pleasant call, including the day of move-in the facility was clean, well lit and even the customers there were hospitable. I recommend this to anyone in need of storage for short or long term needs. Do make sure you have a CYLINDER lock because that's the only one accepted outside of a secondary lock... this is my only hiccup regarding the facility being that I already own multiple locks and was under the impression my lock would work.
