Nicole is one of the best representatives for a company I’ve ever come across. She is obviously overqualified and yet a true asset to Extra Space Storage with a positive can-do attitude. We’ve been a client for at least 7 years and have never had any issues with the facilities, cleanliness, or access. At the end of the day what separates businesses is the human factor and Nicole is definitely a game-changer.
