Pasadena Self Storage at 6045 Fairmont Pkwy

I have been a 28 yr customer here & have been thru several owners in that time, so was Not happy when I went on May 4th a lil after 5:30 to make my payment & was told by Krista that she could not take my Cash payment b'cuz she had already made her deposit & that she makes the deposit at 5:30 Everyday (even tho they don't Close till 6p). I was Not happy that I had to be Inconvenienced by coming back the Next day. I was told the next day by a Different employee that wasn't Correct policy & that she should've taken my payment. She wasn't very friendly at that time either. I had not had interactions with her before so not sure what her customer service is like but it was Not satisfactory that day!

The online app was confusing and not so user friendly at times but the staff more than made up for the difficulties with the app customer assistance number after hours the gentleman was extremely helpful and the manager at the unit 6045 Fairmont Parkway manager's name is Heath was extremely helpful with Beyond the job requirements to make sure everything was done at the requested by me extremely pleased with with the situation and the manager Heath was just unbelievably helpful. That was written Almost a year ago, but apparently it didn't get posted. Now after being here for the year, my opinion has changed. The staff is still very friendly and helpful, EXCEPT FOR 1 MANAGER Who seems to think it is Her job to make sure no one is" Hanging out "in their unit.. which to her is just being in your unit for anymore than a few minutes. And God forbid you have a double doored nit and leave the doors 1/2 way down to keep the Sun from Beaming straight in to the unit. THIS OLDER WOMAN HAS YHE AUDACITY TO JUST THROW YOUR DOOR UP BUT I EVEN SAY ANYTHING AND THEN ASK WHAT YOU DOING YOU CAN'T BE HANGING OUT WHEN IN IN FACT WE'VE BEEN WORKING IN THE UNIT TRYING TO SEPARATING REARRANGE STUFF TO GET IT BACK IN ORDER HAD JUST LITERALLY STOPPED MOVING STUFF FOR MAYBE 2 MINUTES BEFORE SHE COMES THROWING THE DOOR UP LIKE HE'S TRYING TO CATCH SOMEBODY DOING SOMETHING. NOW OVERALL PLACE IS PRETTY DECENT THE OTHER EMPLOYEES ARE VERY FRIENDLY HELPFUL AND CURIOUS EXCEPT FOR HER IN FACT SHE IS SO RUDE AS TO MY UNIT GOT BROKE INTO AND I FORMED HER THAT AND ASK HER IF SHE WOULD REVIEW THE VIDEOS FROM THE CAMERAS AND LET ME KNOW IF SHE FOUND ANYTHING TO WHICH I WAS TOLD I'M TOO BUSY SHOWING HER PEOPLE AROUND THE UNITS AND IF SHE HAS TIME SHE MIGHT GET TO IT TODAY BUT PROBABLY NOT SHE LET THE GUY COMING IN TOMORROW NO HE WOULD BE ABLE TO REVIEW IT STRAIGHT UP NOT GIVING A CARE. I CAME UP THERE THE NEXT DAY AND TALK TO YOU THE OTHER MAN'S GENTLEMAN AND HE SAID THAT HE WAS HAVING ISSUES WITH THE CAMERAS THE DAY HE WAS TALKING TO THE SERVICE TEXT AS WE SPOKE TRYING TO GET IT TAKEN CARE OF SO HE CAN REVIEW THE VIDEOS FOR ME AND LET ME KNOW IF THERE'S ANYTHING FOUND VERY COURTEOUS POLITE AND FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL ABOUT IT HIM SAYS ONE BAD APPLE THE PLACE IS PRETTY DECENT
