Ms. Kim at the Extra Space facility in Pearland, TX was great. She's very kind, patient and friendly. We had talked the day before about a couple of units I was looking into. She took my wife and I to see both units so that my wife could feel comfortable knowing we'd have enough space to safely and securely store her mother's belongings.

Very helpful staff that went above and beyond to make my needs met. Polite and friendly and super reasonable pricing options . The facility is well maintained and very clean . Easy digital access to get in and out makes for a much easier time getting my items in and out of the locker . Highly recommend!
