My review may be late, but I still wanted to share my experience. I moved into a first-floor storage unit around October last year, and the move-in process went smoothly. The staff in the front office were friendly, and communication was clear throughout the process. The only issue I experienced happened when I moved out a few months later. Unfortunately, some of my furniture had been damaged by mice. They had chewed through some of the fabric, and I also found mice droppings inside a few of my dressers and on the floor of the unit. I’m confident I did not bring the mice with me when I moved from Colorado to Texas, as I had never experienced any infestation issues before. When I informed the front office, they mentioned this had not been a problem in the past and that it was new to them. I wish I had written this review sooner, but I think it’s important for others to be aware that there is a possibility of mice, especially in first-floor units.
